• Completed 400 construction drawings for 124 PSI locations of Rewari – Makarpura Section of EMP- 4. Maintain all records for GFC drawings issued to site and design change-note records.• Prepared more than 450 SCADA construction Drawings which supported client invoicing of 6.5 Cr apart from 14 cr for PSI construction drawings.• Responsible for the day-to-day design management and supporting co-ordination of the technical and engineering activities for the design function.• Responsible for supporting/managing any requisite scope change through agreed change control process, in conjunction with project management team.• Responsible for implementation and integration of an effective design programme that fully meets the clients requirements. Monitor design delivery and support the identification of issues affecting requirements, programme or budget.• Responsible for resolution or escalation of issues affecting requirements, programme or budget. Responsible for ensuring design/as-built information is prepared and provided in a timely fashion. Support any reporting of progress to plan as required by the project.

• Completed Modifications and finalization of 500 construction drawings for 124 PSI locations of Rewari – Makarpura Section of EMP-• Maintain all records for GFC drawings issued to site and design change-note records.• Developing SWR (Station Working Rule) Diagram from approved Sectioning Diagram & Approved Signaling Diagram.• Developing General Arrangement Drawing, Foundation Layout & Cable Trench Drawings for Switching Control Post / Traction Substation Locations.• Preparing Outdoor Light Layout Drawings for Switching Control Post / Traction Substation Locations. Developing Schematic Diagram / Single Line Diagram from Approved Sectioning Diagram for Switching Control Post / Traction Substation Locations. Coordinate preliminary discipline design reviews.• Act as a checker on design documentation as and when required.

• Construction of India’s first Monorail Project as Asst. Manager -CAD (20km Mumbai Monorail Project costing Rs. 2500 Cr )• Prepared underground utility drawings like water lines, sewer lines, storm water lines with proper legends for Entire 17 Km alignment.• Preparing land and area acquisition plans for ROW and monorail station areas & Preparing monorail station development plans (Road level Plans)• Prepared major utility diversion plans and sections along the alignment lines

• Supervises a group of CAD Operators by directing technical engineering assignments and coordinating project staffing assignments.• Schedule the activities of drafting section.• Improvement in the quality of work produced by CAD Operators. Monitors productivity and technical proficiency of the assigned personnel. Maintain the latest drafting standards and provide necessary training to CAD personnel.• Preparing Contour plans, Vertical profiles & corridors by using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

• Prepared detail topo survey for Mumbai Borivali - Churchgate 5th & 6th Line extension Prepared Shop Architectural / Shop Drawings for Bhavnagar - Gujarat Railway Work Shop.• Provides initial setup of Autodesk environment, plot styles, company design standards, and templates where there is no clearly established precedent.• Create project base drawing with establish coordinate systems, importing shape files, background images, GIS Data, and survey data. Production of residential and commercial site civil layouts, Construction Drawings, and exhibits.• Development of working knowledge across aspects of Railway Civil Engineering and contribution to developing the Company's general capability.

• Preparing 2D drawings for machining and follow up.• Support the company’s manufacturing team by creating manufacturing prints, process drawings, inspection drawings, charts, gages, fixtures, etc. - Using CAD software.• Maintain drawing documentation and design files - Collaborate with machinists as well as plant management to improve product designs and manufacturing processes Requirements
