• Manage Various infrastructure projects: Data Center readiness project progress, outstanding issues/escalations. ensuring the quality & timeliness of the deliverables and reporting on the project’s progress and escalating issues.• Supervising all phases of life-cycle implementation projects, including initiation, planning, design, development, testing, user acceptance and deployment.• Develops infrastructure project plans using MS project, specifying goals, dependencies, identification of risks, project issues and contingency plans in SharePoint. Providing effective leadership to assigned project staff. Responsible for supervision of Vendors and Supports team members to deliver success through proactive and reactive handling of issues. • Interfaces with team members and stakeholders to anticipate and manage changes to projects such as technical requirements and deadlines. • Additionally managing financials for a Program & Tracking end-to-end procurement until PO release.

• Manage various Network & Infra Projects: IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem), SDM (Subscriber Data Management ), DC (Data Center) Projects, P2P link installation & Upgrades, 5G Launch, Site closures, Router & Switches installation / decommission.• Managed all phases of life-cycle implementation projects, including initiation, planning, design, development, testing, user acceptance and deployment.• Central point of contact with a third-party vendor for hardware procurement (BoM / Shopping cart / Purchase order) and to be delivered within the SLA to meet the project schedule.• Participate in weekly CAB meetings & secure approvals from change management for every change to be implemented as part of project execution.• Responsible for all the critical and emergency case handling in the network on end-to-end and BCP processes.

• Lead Root Cause Analysis investigations to successfully identify root causes of problems that impact the Capital Markets (front office technology) IT estate.• Track Problem governance metrics and continuously seek to improve the Problem management KPIs (daily/ weekly/ monthly basis) e.g: Problems open, closed, problems with no Postmortems done, Problems with no tasks, Problems ready for closure etc.• Supporting for testing and administration of POIs, dealing with SS7 (ISUP/TCAP/SCCP/MAP/BSSAP) Signaling.
