● Working under United Office for Project Service (UNOPS) for strategic and technical support to India’s flagship programme Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) in Virudhunagar Dist. ● Provide technical support to develop in village piped water supply system to provide tap water connection to every rural household through BDO and Panchayath President. ● Facilitate to strengthening Grey water management and Open Defecation free (ODF).● Training to Self Help Group Members and Panchayath Secretaries on Field Test Kit (FTK) ● Strengthening Village Water Sanitation Committee (VWSC) and support the technical input for installation of FHTC ● Liasoning work with Dist officials, Block level officials and Third Party Inspection Agency (TPIA)● Support activities of IEC, Water quality and testing training and Capacity building of communities on JJM.

● Accomplished Inner City Slum (ICS) Project with the support of AM foundation in Puducherry and ensured sustained water and sanitation services and behavior change in sanitation and hygiene practices through relevant strategies that address both demand and supply, as well as linkages to nutrition and food security.● Data maintaining and analyzing the need of Schools Toilet blocks constructed in Cuddalore district with the support of Sanitation First,UK● Ensured WASH activities and implemented with consistent approaches and quality, in accordance with national and global policies and best practices of the organization in Ponducherry. ● Advising Contractor on all technical aspects of WASH activities implementation, ensuring a unified and effective approach to achieving project milestones.● Installed Hand washing units during disaster management work at Covid-19 with schools in Chennai Corporation, Maintained data of IOT hand wash machine data with the support of the Soapy project in Cuddalore Dist.● Provided training on Menstrual Hygiene of Children of Adi Dravia Welfare Schools (ADWD) in Cuddalore district. ● Back end support of Waste to Wealth Project and reporting with Key functionaries.

● Finalizing annual plan and budget, Implementing and monitoring Education/ health /Wash programme with partnering organization.● Working for the Displaced and Vulnerable children for support need based of Nutrition, Education, health and Safe Drinking water through Partnering Organization in implementing Lebara Child Development Project across Tamil Nadu and Andra Pradesh.● Monitoring the project periodically by checking records, reports, training and measures output and analysed impact of the programme. ● Analysed activities in different dimension for the development of children. ● Periodical evaluation with consultant to know the status of the project for going to the next level.● Responded emergency during Chennai rains and ensured the beneficiary get relief materials● Involved foreign students’ exposure in India for the education development of the children.

● Working in Srilankan Rufugee Camps and Slum Children’s Education, Health, Nutrition, water and Sanitation with the support of “Lebara Children Development Project”.● Conducted children’s day programme, summer camp, Skill building trainning programme for youth and Capacity building training programme to community volunteer.● Reached various support to 2066 children in selected Gummidipoondi, Puzhal camps in Thiruvallur district and Adiannamalai and Soraculathur in Thiruvannamalai District and Anna nagar Slum in Chennai District. ● Involved Psycho socio care, Nutrition awareness programme, Medical referral and other child development programme. ● Installing Children’s park, Library, Toilet, Computer center and assisting Spoken English to the needy children.

● Worked in donor KKS–Germany, implemented Project - “School Education Instead of Child Labour”.● Relived 224 child labour and send back to regular schooling.● Mainstreamed 2955 children into regular school by Children Activity center. ● Managing 44 staffs in this project, arranged meeting, reviews, solving staffs challenges in 35 adopted villages in Kattumanarkoil Block, Cuddalore Dist.● Programme planning, implementation and preparing periodical report.
