Adrenalin e Systems Pvt Ltd is a HRMS product based company and I worked as a customization developer.My work is to customize the different forms as needed by the customer.Since it is a HRMS product,it is sold as a standard product in different versionsi.e. adrenalin 3.1,adrenalin 3.2,adrenalin 3.3 upto adrenalin 5.0and each version will have upgradation from the previous version.Each company will have different set of rules and will have their own ideas of employee… Show more Adrenalin e Systems Pvt Ltd is a HRMS product based company and I worked as a customization developer.My work is to customize the different forms as needed by the customer.Since it is a HRMS product,it is sold as a standard product in different versionsi.e. adrenalin 3.1,adrenalin 3.2,adrenalin 3.3 upto adrenalin 5.0and each version will have upgradation from the previous version.Each company will have different set of rules and will have their own ideas of employee management.So the client mostly goes for customization for most of the forms.Our product have different modules namely attendance ,leave management,payroll,personal management,reimbursement, employee separation,etcSo when a client need customization for a module,first we have to understand full working of that module,check its workflovvs and its impact on other modules,have to check the feasability of that customization and then only have to develop the customized form for the client.So a developer who knows fully about each module, ONLY can do the customization.for this we have been given training about each module regarding its workflow.But technically we developers have the take the old coding already written in the VSS.have to add extra lines of codes for customization and must ensure that existing logic and applied logics are workingWe also develop new forms as needed by the clients apart from the standard product forms.First we go for designing the webpage through microsoft dot net framevvork.here different types of controls can be designed .we use c sharp language for the coding.Then for attaining business logic we write queries in SQL SERVER.The queries which are to be called in the form are called in the c sharp language.
