Task- Offer on-site assistance to the customer as L1 to guarantee that the system application runs normally.- Ensure that all issues are resolved within the customer's agreed SLA.- Identify any potential bugs that may impair system efficacy and operator engagement.- Perform changes toward application for any bug found.- Lead and guide other L1 engineers for daily system usage & recovery and backends enhancements & adjustments.- Standby to support customer outside working hour.- Execute Change Order (CO) projects in response to customer requests.- Act as intermediary person between client on-site with L2 and above that’s off-site on daily basis.- Guide the clients personnel to use the system efficiently.Project (Change Order)1. Recovery Order-Rather than finding a replacement product and handle the order process manually , client requested to automate the whole process-Needed to do enhancement on backend(Java & SQL) to meet the requirement 2. Inventory Report- Client need an automated inventory report to be generated per day, shift and month- The report templates were created by using TIBCO Jaspersoft based on client table layout- Utilized system task scheduler function to ensure the report is generate on a specific time and day- The reports were made to be generated in pdf format rather than excel3. Bug fixes on Inventory Reports-Since the quantity data is too big for monthly report, the process of report generation hit JTA timeout-Although increasing timeout in the console is an option to resolve this issue, it may reduce the system performance. As a workaround, batch commit was implemented using message-driven classes (MDB)

Task - Assigned to a new project deployment named Dolly - Guide and assist crew members to use the system efficiently- Traveled to a few hubs to distribute the newly packed devices to the crew members- After system deployment, monitored and gathered reviews from crew members on the system
