• OAF (ORDER ACCEPTANCE FORM) - Check and verify OAF with End user P.O before execution.• Maintain Files and Documentation for Pending and closed OAF.• Material Inward in Tally (GRN) Goods Receipt Note.• Check and verify the supplier Invoice with Purchase Order before doing inward Entry.• Any deviation found, inform procurement team and get approval.• Maintain Files and documentation for Supplier Invoice.• Check and Verify Bin card for in and out materials.• Plan for Local and Out-station Material Deliveries.• Organize Vehicles/Courier for local and direct outlocation deliveries.• Follow up with Courier and Transport to deliver the items on time (OTD).• Follow up with Courier and Transport to get proper Delivery Acknowledgement.• Ensure proper packing is done to avoid Physical damages and avoid DOA.• Follow up with Project team for excess materials at completed sites, to book in MRN (Material Return Note).• Account the stocks issued for office use, complimentary and service team in Tally with proper approvals.• Proper Documentation for Delivery Challan& Invoice for Project/Sales/Service orders.• Maintain Call register for Defective spares received from Service team to claim OEM Warranty.• Ensure the defectives are sent to OEM immediately to claim replacement• Help Stores Incharge for physical material movement and arrangement in stores.• Arrange and Monitor the items as per the identification.• Clean the stores and maintain cleanliness.• Help Stores and Logistics in all manners to complete the tasks.

• To Discuss with Internal Support coordinators and Purchase the Materials from Distributors and Sub Distributors.• Deliver the product to right person and the right place with proper invoice and Delivery Note.• Collect all outstanding from all customers from Corporate & Government where ever we Invoiced and delivered.• To make sure all the collections are deposited in the bank at the right time.• To check with the bank on daily basis on the Cheque encashment• Apart from above printer / Scanner Installation learned and installed in many places.
