• Responsible for Study of Bill of Quantity as per specification and taking out quantities from drawings.• Coordination with procurement team and vendors for material delivery.• Manpower and material, machinery planning.• Approval for Material GRN and MMR.• Attend weekly site progress meeting with client/Architect.• Supervise and manage the taking off from drawings and pricing for cost` estimates, tender documents, etc.• Billing MIS report preparation and providing billing targets.• Collaborate and develop good relationship with clients and stakeholders internally and externally.• Attend meetings and site inspections when required.• Measurement of works from drawings and on-site including AutoCAD measurement techniques.• Assists in the review of time extensions, delays and penalties.• Prepares progress valuations in respect of interim monthly and final payments to contractors.• Prepare Budget forecast reports and cash flow reports as required for monthly report, reconcile all the materials.• Preparation and Certification of RA Bills.• Identification and Preparation of Extra Items.• Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material.• Preparing all billing records and marinating it• Preparing RA Bills for the Projects (Client and Sub Contractor bills) on Monthly basis.• Identify the NT Items from Execution Drawing.• Prepare and process the Subcontractor Bills.• Site Visits: - Random Physical checking of bills at site case to case.• Store Visits: - Random Physical checking of material at store.• Debit Note: - To ensure recovery against the rework / faulty work from the contractors as per recommendation from site.• Intimating Planning Engineers regarding amendments in Work orders.• Maintaining of all important documentation as per IS0 9001 Standards.

• Study tender documents (Drawings, Specifications etc...)• Check all tender documents received and prepare the list of content in case of any missing items raise the query and inform the Estimator.• Prepare the tender information for review by Estimator• Prepare the BOQ (If Required) and submit to Estimator review• Quantity-take off based on tender drawings and type of contract (Remeasured, lumpsum etc…)• Prepare drawing for qty take off with draughtsman as and when required.• Raise Queries & Missing Information’s.• Query the estimator incase of discrepancy and doubts.• Co-ordinate with MEP team for any information’s.• Provide quantity information to material engineers , submission engineers as and when required • General awareness of specifications is mandatory • Follows post tender queries/clarification & correspondence • and provide inputs to the estimator.• Check contract documents (project award) to ensure the documents are in line with the tender stage documents & Correspondences.• Help estimators to prepare for the project award Kick-off meetings • Help estimators in case of any query arising from project site• Introduce the work books such as qty take-off cost/Qty Comparison sheets prepared into a common drive in the sixco network system

• Knowledge of understanding contract work-orders and contractual correspondence related to the Project (including drawing).• Plan, organize and undertake field work/site investigations.• Make recommendations on the proposed use of a site by writing reports.• Evaluate completed work (including subcontractors') and prepare payment certificates.• Adheres to safety plan for project and communicates it to project team members including suppliers and subcontractors.• Provide support on planning the use of materials, resources, components or systems within the project, and construction practices and problems to ensure project success, value for money and best practice are achieved.• Assist the Project Engineer with development of construction planning documents and monitor implementation.
