If any issues… Show more As now, I am responsible for CMI, AMC, CR Development, Defect Fixing, and Customer Interaction.As a CMI (Configuration Management In charge), I am responsible for deciding and maintaining the directory structures in SourceSafe. I have to maintain the working and developing deliverables and documents related to the Change Request or New Requirement in Visual Source Safe. Also I have the responsibility of maintaining Audit Document which is sent by My Team Solution Consultant. If any issues are getting fixed in the production server, I have to maintain that objects also in VSS. After Completion of Deployment in Production server I have to maintain the deployed deliverables and documents in Controlled directory.As a customer support, I have to be available for customers for 24 hours. The Customer is having my number and in turn I have the numbers of all the key persons incharge of various business process to interact for any urgent issues. Every customer requirement is tracked on the Incident Tracking System. For every case, they generate ITS Id in pending status. My Team Leader, Head allocate this issue to me. Then Id goes to allocated status. I have tried to simulate the issue and provide the clarification. If I am not able to simulate the issue, I will contact customer and take trace from them. Then I provide the clarification on ITS Id by adding notes and change the status as pending clarification. So if the clarification is ok, they can close the ticket as verified and closed.In defect fixing, same they provide pending ITS ID and allocated to me by my team.Then I have to provide fix and change the status as fix provided then the fix is reviewed by my team lead and if it is ok.
