Include in safety measurement, Equipment handling ,Verification and validation of document (BATCH RECORD)• During harvesting time handled centrifuge (liquid-liquid separation)• AEX,CEX,UFDF those are process involved, its like cells separation and filtrations method.• Tangential flow process like a density based on process, increasing product concentration• Used on buffers and solutions in all downstream process.Production Engineering Skill• Stock maintain and update regularly by using software like SAP (Systems,Application and Products) to material dispatch and batch start-up without any delay.• Crystallization, Extraction, Separation- process in batch production• Equipment qualification of IOQ,PQ,RQ• Knowledge in P&ID, process flow diagram and plant layout.• Air Handling Unity: to preserve the product in appropriate room conditionfrom temperature and pressure, record regularly a temperature and pressure measurein Batch Record.• Maintain and verify each safety procedures and co-ordinate with operator,helpers to reach safely work place.• Regulate Chemical daily usage to Process/cleaningEquipment handling• Knowledge to handle Stainless steal-reactors and Glass lined reactors, centrifuge, condenser, distillation column, chromatography, autoclave• Separation and drying process : centrifuge and, nutsche filter, vacuum tray dryers,• Reverse osmosis unit and EvaporatorKey skill• Enthusiastic to learn and Co-ordinate with others.• Leadership, Possess planning, Good Communication, Interpersonal Skills, CGMP, GDP• Strong ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.• Flexible and easy adapts to change.• MS OFFICE, eVLMS, Track wise.
