• Providing 24*7 support.• HP One View installation and Configuration.• Providing End to End Data center support including server, storage and backup including hardware support.• LUN creation in EVA using command view software in Window server.• Coordinating with the CRIS Team.• Troubleshooting HP-UX related issues and HP HW related issues. • Patch installation, firmware and drivers upgrade.• Installation and Configuration of HP –UX 11.31. • User management and file system management in HPUX.• Backup/recovery through Ignite and installation of Software/Patches in HP-UX 11.x.

• Providing 24*7 support.• Handling HT and LT Breakers.• Handling Power Transformers having Capacity of 1600 KVA• Handling Diesel Generator of capacity 1250 KVA.• Handling AIR / WATER Chillers, AHU and DRU unit• Handling Puzzle CAR Parking• Handling Elevators,• Handling STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and FWTP (Fresh Water Treatment Plant)• Solving Issues in HT / LT Breakers, Power Transformers, DG, Chiller Unit, Elevators, Parking Co-ordinate with respective vendors.• Taking Daily reading by floor wise.

• Training in 110/33 KV and 33/11KV Power Transformers.• Training on 110 KV change over.• Training on 33 KV change over.• Training to handle 110KV, 33Kv and 11KV Breakers.• Training to handle CT, PT, Lightning Arrester, Bus Coupler and Isolator Faults.• Training to do 110KV, 33KV and 11KV joints co-ordinate with vendors.• Training for Maintenance in Distribution Transformers.
