Hey there!Since I was a child, assisting those in need was always my passion and main drive in the world. From soup kitchens to community based volunteer programs, servicing at-risk populations not only allowed me to confront and heal from my own childhood traumas but it exposed me to the vast wonderful ways people can help make a difference in their communities. Obtaining my Bachelor's in Psychology taught me how to connect with individuals from different backgrounds, but I strived for the opportunity to be able to use those connections in a meaningful/impactful way. Now, as a leader in the non-profit industry, I'm able to do so by utilizing my administrative experience and childcare expertise to manage school-based programs geared to promoting education, psychosocial development, and social-emotional-learning. My Specialties- Program Management, Managerial Leadership, Coaching, Lesson Planning, Teaching, Counseling, CPR/First-Aid, Behavior Management, Recruitment, EQUITY
