-I graduated from Yalova University and, through my disciplined approach to work, have distinguished myself during my academic life with a strong sense of commitment to project-based tasks and my ability to work effectively as part of a team. These attributes have made me a truly collaborative and responsible individual.In my previous work experiences, I have acquired various skills. At Cenansa Strafor Ambalaj, I worked as a warehouse supervisor where I improved material flow and increased efficiency by implementing stock organization strategies. Additionally, I developed logistics strategies to ensure smooth shipments.During my internships at SARTEN Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., I had the opportunity to engage in both production and management roles. In my production internship, I closely observed operational processes, gaining valuable insights into machine operation, quality control procedures, and effective teamwork. My management internship involved working with tools such as Excel, SAP, and ProManage in production planning, as well as becoming familiar with concepts like Kaizen and 5S in the field. These experiences significantly enhanced my practical knowledge and skills in the industry.-Yalova Üniversitesi'nden mezun oldum ve disiplinli çalışma anlayışım sayesinde öğrencilik hayatım boyunca projelerdeki aidiyet duygum ve takım çalışmasına olan yatkınlığımla öne çıktım. Bu özelliklerim, beni gerçek bir işbirlikçi ve sorumluluk sahibi bir birey haline getirdi.Daha önceki iş deneyimlerimde farklı nitelikler kazandım. Cenansa Strafor Ambalaj'da depo sorumlusu olarak çalıştım. Bu görevimde malzeme akışını iyileştirerek verimliliği artırmak amacıyla stok düzenlemeleri gerçekleştirdim ve sorunsuz sevkiyatlar için lojistik stratejiler geliştirdim.SARTEN Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'de hem üretim hem de yönetim stajları yapma fırsatım oldu. Üretim stajım sırasında, operasyonel süreçleri yakından gözlemleyerek makine işletimi, kalite kontrol prosedürleri ve etkili takım çalışması konularında becerilerimi geliştirdim. Yönetim stajımda ise, üretim planlama süreçlerinde Excel, SAP, ProManage gibi araçlarla çalıştım ve sahada Kaizen, 5S gibi kavramlarla tanıştım. Bu deneyimler, sektördeki uygulamalı bilgi ve becerilerimi önemli ölçüde artırdı.
