This included thinking about the best fitting solution, but also making the sale itself (making invoices and quotations).Besides helping the customers, I kept the department clean and organised, this includes stocking the products and making sure price tags were up to date.

Hoeckse Vis en Zeebanket is a fish shop as you would find anywhere else, but it also has a restaurant section with meals, ranging from fast and easy to more luxurious and grilled. This makes it an unique place to work with a lot of different tasks. I am helping customers in the store, but also preparing meals and snacks for the counter to sell.Other tasks include cleaning/preparing fish, frying and packing the products for the customer.In the evenenings, I am cooking by myself or with a collegue to provide meals for the restaurant. This includes frying, grilling, preparing vegetables and making sure the presentation is up to standard.At the end of the evening, we clean all work benches and floors thouroughly to make sure the hygiene is as it should.
