i.c.stars’ rigorous four-month technology training and leadership program offers 1,000+ hours of immersive, hands-on, project-based learning in a fast-paced Agile environment. During the program participants work in teams to respond to a client RFP, develop a fully functioning application to address the client's business problem, and present the final product to the project stakeholders. In the course of the program, team members serve in multiple capacities (e.g. project manager, developer, business analyst, and scrum master).

Responsible for summer project coordination for age group 6-15. Projects consisting of building a human sized bird's nest for nature activities, clearing away bushes and weeds that were once overgrown, and painting various buildings on the camp grounds.Assisted Camp Counselors with younger campers by offering supervision daily, lead team-building exercises, outdoor survival workshops, which included arts and crafts, and conflict resolution. Traveled to Ontario, Canada for more community service projects. In Ontario our group collaborated with the YMCA located there and assisted them with Camp Activities and various team-building workshops.
