Reporting to VP Engineering. Acting as staff manager for nine engineers and 4 master technicians and R&D lab facilities. Served as program technical lead for a multi-million dollar S Band DREX subsystem consisting of a Dual Digital UP and Down converter, high performance direct Frequency Synthesizer and associated power conditioning LRUs for next.

Line management and Subject Matter Expert responsibility for all RF and analog Product and Systems design and product sustaining support activities for L-3 Linkabit. Manage and direct the activities of nine full time staff and contractor staff as required. Support RF systems analysis, design, specification, procurement and integration for Linkabit product.

Reporting to the President. As Engineering Director for Special Assemblies I filled the roles of Engineering Manager and Product Line Manager for both Mil/Aero and Commercial value-added sub-assemblies, with a combined value of $2.9M for FY00. In the spring of 2000 I also assumed the same roles for the remaining Mil/Aero product lines that had been.

During this period I was responsible for requirements analysis and architectural definition for the next generation Falcon II HF, VHF and Multiband digital radio products. After leading the system architecture definition effort, I focused specifically on system analysis aimed at cost/performance tradeoffs with partitioning and assignment of module hardware.
