    Algemene informatieTijdens het werken bij de Servicedesk van Kadaster ben ik gegroeid naar en wordt ik gezien als 'Senior Servicedesk Medewerker'. Vele processen binnen de Servicedesk ken ik uit mijn hoofd, waardoor vele vragen die mede collega's stellen, snel en efficiënt beantwoord kunnen worden. - Projectleider geweest om chat functionaliteit binnen het registratie systeem ServiceNow te realiseren voor de Kadaster medewerkers. De chat functionaliteit heb ik m.b.v. interne teams en input van de Kadaster medewerkers opgesteld om het een zo klantvriendelijk mogelijk product te maken.- Binnen de Servicedesk van Kadaster ben ik de keyuser voor VOIP. Vragen, problemen en veranderingen komen eerst bij mij terecht. Het up-to-date houden van kennisartikelen hoort hier natuurlijk ook bij.Selfservice en zelfsturing binnen KadasterHet bewaken en updaten van kennisitems voor Kadaster medewerkers is ook de taak die bij de Servicedesk hoort. Hiermee zorgt Kadaster ervoor dat de medewerkers zelfstandig vele oplossingen en antwoorden kunnen vinden voor hun vragen en problemen.Voortouw nemen in verbeteringen en andere teams verantwoordelijk maken voor deze aanpassingen is niet onbekend voor mij!Applicaties: ServiceNow (Registratie systeem) Avaya; Avaya CMS Supervisor; Avaya One-X Agent; Citrix Director; Planon; EAL-ATS; EMC; JIRA; Kana (Kennisbank); Active Directory; SAP, Microsoft365
