About Steve Semelsberger

Testlio helps technology leaders deliver great digital products via a unique approach called fused software testing. Appreciate the opportunity as CEO and board chair and grateful to Kristal and Marko for starting the company (which I originally invested in and started advising in 2014 at <$1M revenue). Previous operational roles at startups helped deliver two IPOs (DMD & MOTV) and two acquisitions (Pluck and iChat), driving more than $2B in initial returns to investors. I've also invested in, and/or advised, more than 15 startups via my Alder Growth Partners entity. 11 of these startups have been acquired to date, delivering more than $1B in combined returns to stakeholders.About me: I'm married (20+ years) and have three amazing sons; lucky to have a global community of friends; serve multiple social impact organizations; moved by forests, mountains, music, and sports; have called Austin home for ~25 years while spending deep time in NYC, London, the Bay Area, and Barcelona; originally lived on a 100 acre farm in Wisconsin and grew up in Syracuse, NY.
