I have spent the last 25 years in B2B technology/software sales with a focus on early stage companies. I have been a part of three M&As, and two successful IPOs, and was on my 7th start-up when acquired by Salesforce.com in 2011. My specialty is to understand emerging marketplaces and the strategic advantages and impact these new products have on businesses. I take responsibility for the sales engagement cycle from discovery and fact finding to the design and delivery of a full solution, best practices and prescriptive advice. I align to the C-Suite, yet I also enjoy knowing and communicating the advantages and details of great and transformative tech. I bring expertise in sales, sales leadership, go-to-market strategies, new product introduction, tactical sales execution and strategic account selling. Beyond revenue generation and the coaching of client facing teams, I develop programs and process to scale sales, business development, industry solutions, and customer success.Repeated start up experience has given me the unique opportunity to engage deeply into many industry verticals. My industry experience includes Financial Services, Retail, CPG, Health & Life Science, Telco and Media. At Salesforce my go-to-market and sales roles are global and I am part of the cross functional teams that have brought new industry products to market in wealth management, retail banking, insurance and manufacturing. Prior to Salesforce I was the advanced team opening up European markets for three companies.I have a B.A. in Asian Studies from St. Lawrence University, attended Waseda University in Tokyo Japan, and completed Columbia University’s Post Bacc pre-med program. I run, bike and am a certified yoga and meditation instructor.
