REKMER is the Cluster Academy and Center for Competition Research which specializes on project management under YBU Business School. Within this center we are focusing on entrepereneurship, innovation, clustering, strategic planning and project management. Our experience and references include projects of EU, TUBİTAK, KOSGEB, Development Agencies, Ministries, Industrial Districts, and many other private sector shareholders.

• Continuous auditing in accordance with generally accepted auditing principles • Preparation of IFRS Report• Financial reporting manuals and reconciliation of reporting packages of special purpose companies -•• System and process assurance in accordance with international standards on auditing;o Information systems and business processeso Classes of transactions in the entity's operations that are significant to the financial statementso Mapping in business processes and financial statement accountso Internal control framework components, effective design and implementation of controls

- Analyzing the financial statements of the target companies which have been acquired by the investors and prepared financial due diligence reports for the clients- Conducting detailed analysis of the companies in terms of accounting, financial and operational perspective, review and preparation of business forecasts and projections- Preparing vendor due diligence reports for the seller side who want to sell their companies to the third parties- Conducting analysis on gross profit, EBITDA, net working capital and net debt, sales and cost structure of the companies.- Identifying key issues on deals which have direct impact to the company

• The main purpose of this project is to help young entrepreneurs to start-up their business ideas by bringing them together with the business people from the most prestigious business association in Turkey, TUSIAD.

As a represantative of Bilkent University Management and Economics Community I worked with TOBB members, ATO board of directors and 10 different universities of Ankara to improve entrepreneurship in Turkey

August 2010 Central Bank of The Republic of Turkey Communications And Foreign Relations Department, Intern Ankara/TURKEY As interns, we had the chance to see how the mechanism of Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey works, and gained a better understanding of Turkey's monetary policy.
