As a member of the newly established innovation department, developed and implemented the entire innovation management process, from creating a funnel to marketing and coordinating the innovation activities across different locations. The funnel ultimately resulted in collaborations with other companies mostly startups. Finding the right company for a collaboration and also negotiating with them. Most of these collab-projects were in the field of AI and AR projects. Focus within these projects was besides requirements for the technology mainly in the field of user experience and user interfaces and finding the best possible way to implement technology with user behaviour into existing business processes.The biggest projects were:- An AI system that can autonomously recognize disassembled used parts. 80% of all parts had astonishing results in all machine learning metrics.- An AI system that can detect assembled parts on an used engine. POC finished successfully.- An AR platform that integrates PLM software and provides interactive interfaces for AR users and authors, demonstrating a new way of working with manuals. POC finished successfully.

• Led strategic projects focused on digitalization, successfully migrating and adapting inspection software for MTU-Berlin-Brandenburg.• Secured funding for an AR-inspection project, resulting in a proof of concept for MS-HoloLens and iPad.• Integral part of company-wide roll-out of Shop Floor Management (SFM) across the entire MTU-Network, coaching managers on effective use.

As a representative for the parts repair department, I participated in company-wide projects to enhance operations, internal and external communication, and interface operations.- Created a repair planning optimization tool for critical parts with long turn-around times (TATs), which reduced the TATs significantly - savings of up to two weeks.- Improved efficiency and effectiveness of cleaning department by implementing an optimized lot size process.- Streamlined inspection process by setting up an inspection logistics workforce that sorted and managed parts according to the engine manual, saving time for the inspector.

Created and implemented a fully autonomous order management system for the parts repair department. - Started with a proof of concept in MS-Excel,- Migrated to MS-Access due to data volume. - Finally developed a native SAP solution that became the standard until now (2023). Improved on-time-delivery by 18%, reaching 92%.
