I consider myself lucky to have an opportunity to work with 'US Tax Lien Auctions Guru' Bradley Norman and learn a new sector: real estate as my first Canadian experience. As part of my duty, I made research about potential properties to invest in US Real Estate market, managed the softwares for CRM, research and e-mail marketing automation tools and carried on some admin tasks such arranging meetings, accomodation and flights. While performing research, I checked macroeconomic data based on state/county, prepared and reviewed the property lists for potential investors and created short list for my managers.

Proudly part of a team for the project named Conditional Cash Transfer for Education which aims to increase the number of refugee children enrolled in and attending school in Turkey. My responsibilities as an information analyst were retrieving and verifying the data for 365.625 refugees (corresponds to $2.500.000 aid amount), preparing statistics, and making analyses to enhance the client base. Moreover, I consolidate and prioritize the software development requests of the working groups, performed needs analysis for software developments, and collaborated with IT teams in the preparation of workflow chartsThe experience in the job was inspiring in terms of helping people in need in addition to utilizing my technical and soft skills. The motto for each working day was “No boundaries for education! No lost generation!”.

Türk Telekom, with 176 years of history, is the biggest telecommunications (mobile, fixed line, and broadband) operator in Turkey. While working as a BI specialist, I followed-up the sales, cancellations, trends customer migration for 2.192.000 subscriber via SAP Business Object. In coordination with finance and IT teams, I forecasted and verified the monthly revenue of $ 64.000.000 for corporate customers’ segment. After the integration of Turk Telekom Inc., Avea Inc., and TTNET Inc., I developed a reporting mechanism for managers that enabled them to reach daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly data about key performance indicators.
