Using data analytics tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense), I identify organizational needs and design effective development programs based on these insights. However, I recognize that data alone isn't sufficient for successful transformation - I adopt a holistic approach by integrating mentorship programs and cultural initiatives into this process.From restructuring onboarding processes to developing e-learning content, I create solutions that balance measurable outcomes with a human-centric approach in every project. Through collaborations with global institutions, I blend best practices with local needs.I closely follow the transformation that new technologies like artificial intelligence bring to HR, positioning these innovations to strengthen our existing processes.
