343 Digital is a leading YouTube channel that provides football commentary.I was involved in 343 Digital's growth from day 1 and was a key element in its growth to 170k subscribers with 18 million views per month on YouTube as of August 2024. In my time there I:* Helped create video formats.* Managed “intro” lengths and content that resulted in 17% more viewer retention.* Trained in-house video editors to create better Short format videos that resulted in 20 million views per month at it's peak. Before it was averaging around 100 thousand views per month.* Trained in-house graphic designers on thumbnails, which in turn helped us in our successful organic growth to 170k subscribers and at it's peak 20 million views per month only on YouTube and combined +45 million views on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook.* Helped the channel get huge sponsorship deals in the amounts of +2 million TRY per month.

The project was a success which resulted in a great deal of traffic with 0 downtime as expected per our previous stress tests.* Helped create and streamline the process for Mayor's campaign emailing infrastructure, with 1.3 million emails successfully sent in a single day.

Oyuncu Market (Gamer Market) was a C2C marketplace for gamers which had +90.000 registered users+10.000 product listings +500.000 TRY ($55.000) in transactions in its first year of operations.* Have single handedly designed database and developed the backend REST APIs. We were a team of 3 when we started and after launch, we grew to a 6 person team.
