CurrentSpecializing in strategy planning, design, monitoring and competitor analysis for Mobile and Internet Banking.Integrating many tools (Adjust, Countly, Storly, etc.) into mobile applications. Processing the need for mobile apps and creating customer journey maps by analyzing their data and helping create a service design that suitable for the customer user experience.Helping develop the design process based on user research and ensure the execution of management and coordination of the the design team and the outsourced agency.In case of digitalization or improvement of the product, I could also work in coordination with the IT and Business units, to ensure that the product comes out in accordance with the Customer's needs and expectations.Performs usability tests in terms of user testing of products in which software processes have been completed and checks whether they are made in accordance with the requirements.Work to increase the usability of products using analytical tools.Create campaign setups for customer acquisition, create a target audience and plays a role in analyzing campaign results.
