I'm responsible for leading and executing the enterprise risk management (ERM) and business continuity management (BCM) frameworks and managing the company's insurance program to ensure that the organization's insurance risk management policies and strategies are in alignment with the strategic goals of the organization and internal operational requirements. I'm also responsible for acting as the risk advisor to senior management on performance of risk assessments, monitoring and mitigation strategies to contribute to the success of the company by promoting a risk-aware environment and a risk-intelligent decision-making culture. I'm also responsible for audit the business processes of departments in Group Companies in accordance with internal audit standards, procedures, and legal regulations, in line with the annual Internal Audit Plan. Evaluate the activities of domestic and international organizations, focusing on operational, financial, and compliance risks, examines the functioning of internal control mechanisms in detail, identifies areas for improvement, and provides recommendations. Effectively tracks the findings resulting from audit processes, manages and improves the solution processes of these findings. Present the audit reports to the organization's Board of Management and Ethic committee and implements the committee's guidance.
