Team Leader, Technical Analysis
Current- Responsible person from the technical analysis team for Integration and Order Management modules. Help team members organize SIT, E2E, and go-live steps on new phases of the implemented CRM project, Bouygues Telecom in Paris, France.- Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and newsystems, and other post-implementation support for Mass Migration(Network Level Customer Transfer)- Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems to enhance business processes, operations, and information process flow. - Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potentialtrouble areas in operating systems across the organization.- Provide guidance and/or instruction to team members.
