- Production of specific racks which are used both for in-house and outsource logistics means.- I take part nearly in all steps of the project from the beginning, which includes leading purchasing department toprovide for the required materials and to perform the requested quality checks and also leading the production untilthe parts reach the customers.

I took part in a bus project developed for Algeria. Main focus was the door systems but also we produced some other parts. Assembly was done in a plant in Algeria so I was responsible of supplying requested parts and making the delivery.
