I've been able to oversee development of multi million dollar elderly housing all over the Northeast. I’ve completed projects in Maine, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. Day to day I am able to utilize my carpentry skills for my job. I, however, also monitor the safety of the jobs in accordance with OSHA. Developed proficiency in the use of heavy machinery such as the forklift and lull Finalize completion of all projects through the use of punch lists. Worked on very large NYC Housing projects. I was able too implement my mastery in plaster work, finish drywall, tapering, and painting. Since this job was in the city, i was able to further craft my experience working working with individuals from a multitude of backgrounds. I also utilized my knowledge, skills, and abilities to save the company money. Because I was able to read and interpreted blueprint schematics this allowed V C to hire more unskilled labor. Because of this I was also able to train the inexperienced workers. This helped them better develop their skills which only helped the company.
