I established the Integrated Management system, which includes ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety management systems, for Bulut Makina Asansor company, which produces lifts, and upon the request of the company boss, I audited only ISO 9001 and I obtained the company with ISO 9001 Quality Management System certificate. I also participated in the Module C audit conducted by Liftinstituut. I provided new documents to the company by carrying out certification audits regarding EU type examination certificates for both newly designed and manufactured products and for complete package lifts. I also provided the company with the EAC certificate required to enter the Russian market. I prepared the company for audits, both system certification and product certification. I also carried out activities such as making the necessary applications to the Environmental Directorates within the scope of the Environmental Law and its related regulations, disposing of hazardous wastes through licensed companies, and making waste declarations. In addition, for approximately 2 years, I worked with the project team in our Design Center approved by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, ensuring all coordination and communication with the ministry, data entry, coordinating ministry audits, preparing for the audit and carrying out the audit. For occupational safety, services were received from the Joint Health and Safety Unit (OSGB). Since I am an occupational safety expert, I also carried out activities such as ensuring coordination between the occupational safety expert from OSGB and company managers, obtaining the necessary signatures, organizing and holding board meetings, and field trips. In addition to all these, I also managed the process of deciding whether to object based on the trademark monitoring report as a result of the service received from the Patent companies.

I worked as a Lead Auditor at Aggregates and Ready-Mixed Concrete certificationaudits within Construction Products Regulation and the Regulation on the Criteria whichare Subject for Construction Products of Alberk QA Technic. I carried out activitiessuch as performing the audits in various provinces, printing the certificates of thecompanies that have been certified, and following up and performing the 3-month auditperiods within the scope of the G certificate. I also participated in our productcertification department by TURKAK and the Ministry of Environment.

I worked as the Occupational Safety Specialist of 4 Ready Mixed Concrete Plant + 1 ofTransport facility belonging to Destebaşı Group. Made the field audits to fulfill legalobligations required by the Law on Occupational Health and Safety No. 6331 andregulations based on this law, identified deficiencies and gave instructions on how toremedy these deficiencies. I also carried on a tasks as was made regularly the requiredperiodic inspections of all facilities and enabling the monitoring,Giving employees thenecessary occupational health and safety training, Giving training for new employeesand Starting t owork after training, Made the Emergency Exercises, Risk Assessment,Carry out field inspections and reporting to senior management, Ensure occupationalhealth and safety board collection and ensure to make the decisions were taken.I performed the field audits to fulfill legal obligations required by Environment Act2872 and regulations based on this law, identified deficiencies and gave instructions onhow to remedy these deficiencies. Also i found in the application for the necessarypaperwork and followed. Did the paperwork and the application of the necessary actionsrequired for the environment from public institutions such as ISKI, ProvincialDirectorate of Environment and Municipal and follow-up.I set up an integrated management system covering all these three system; ISO14001 Environmental Management System + OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health andSafety Management System. Then we got to practice this integrated system in thecompany and i gained the company an integrated management system certificates. Also,fully prepared my company to all main and intermediate controls of the integratedmanagement system by made from certification commisione and passed successfullyfrom all audits. I also prepared all required documents and facilities for the audits to be entered for newly opened facilities and for all existing facilities.

I Conducted laboratory studies of 'Water Recycling and Whey Powder Production from Whey by Using Forward Osmosis' project supported by TUBITAK. Have announced the results of our works as a speaker at national and international conferences of the world. These studies were published in the academic community as our publications.
