‑Process design for commissioning of high pressure die casting line and all peripheral machines forcylinder block (Melting,Pouring, Casting Deburring, Heat Treatment, Pre Machining)‑Determination of process parameters and surveillance‑Designing of control methods and control equipments (CT Scan,XRAY Radiography, Spectrometer,CMM, Tensile Test, HB Hardness, Leaktightness, Dunk Test)-Creating control plan and keep up to date based on the part plan and 3D data‑Technical specification, drawings, spare parts, control plan, process flow chart and training of the equipment preparing of new machines.

-Commissioning of auxilary process for diesel and gasoline engine cylinder head line‑Dedicated as the 'Local Technical Leader' of Renault Bursa Plant, in the profession of leaktignessprocesses.‑Improvements for quality, efficiency and time.‑Solving end‑of‑line porosities problem.‑Coordinating all project stages such as manufacturing, transportation, receiving,commissioning for the facilities/machines/equipment in the project.-Responsible of leaktigness, plug assembly and guide and seat assembly machines

-Commissioning of 5‑speed gearbox housings machining, washing and leak test processes.-Technical specification, drawings, spare parts, control plan, process flow chart and trainingof the equipment preparing of new machines.‑Participating feasibility studies and actions to improve performance (productivity, material,ergonomics, reduce cost/part and cycle time).
