- Production - Planning, Organize, Evaluation, Scheduling & Commissioning for the completion of the incoming projects & Ongoing Projects.- Production includes Fabrication, Assembling & testing of both Structural and Piping’s.- Prepare the BOM based on the Engineering drawing using the ERP System.- Sourcing & evaluating of alternate suppliers for the procurement parts to improve on cost reduction - Work closely with the Supervisors to monitor the work activities so as to improve & modify the activities in production as cost effective manner.- Liaise with the QC department for all the projects at the different stages of the production so as to ensure the quality in production comply with Standards as per the Customer requirement. - Liaise with Project Engg. Dept. for scheduling the ABS, SGS, Lloyd’s, ABSG, surveyors to inspect the procurement material & structures forming at different stages of production to meet production schedules & quality standards within the estimated time.- Work closely with system engineers & design team in enhancing the product design, improve on production process and cost reduction.- Liaise with Sub-Contractors (Material Testing Lab, NDT applications, Control panel, Acid Cleaning, Galvanizing) for the finishing of accessories structures for each & every projects.- Prepare the production weekly reports & report to the Operational managers based on production activities. - Supervise & co-ordinate activities of workers by conducting area meetings.- Personnel in-charge for Sandblasting & Marine Protective Paintings for all the Heavy Manufacturing equipments as per sandblasting Marine standards (SA2.5) & Color Codes (RAL, BS) as per Customer requirement.-- Maintain good housekeeping, best practices in workplace environment, health & safety and security in the production area.- Department member for ISO 9001, Committee member for EHS, prepare Risk assessment related to the production.-Qualified First Aider.

-Trouble shooting the Thermal Spray Equipment in case of any PLC issue.-Create & set the target as KPI for the Maintenance activity & also for the Thermal Spray Process. Preventive maintenance in-charge of Sand blasting machine, High Temp. Oven, Vacuum Sealer, DI system, WWTP & Scrubbers.-Department member for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. -As a Committee member for EHS, QEMS activity for developing EMP control methods, buy off with grant chart.-Having working experience in Class 1K & 10 K clean room-Production in-charge of various Thermal Spray Processes such as Plasma, Arc and Flame & maintenance.-Liaise with R& D to create, develop & evaluation for the new coating process for semiconductor industries. Coating parameter estimation for new processes especially for Al, Al2O3, Y2O3 and Zirconium.-Developed new robotic programmers for new parts using RAPID programmer for 6 axis ABB robots (SULZER Uncoated console)-Daily production in-charge for coating process and closely work with QA to maintain the quality.

- As a Lead Engineer, handled Pre Engineering Building Structure (PEB) design, Analysis (Using Auto CAD) & Fabrication.- Material Procurement & liaising with the vendor/Suppliers.- Production planning, evaluation & Scheduling for the completion of the new project.- Responsibility of the Quality Check/inspection for the production in process receiving the material.

Involved in design of the Electric cable layout as compliance with ISO Standard.Involved in the Project (BEWAG - German Project) as Team Leader for developing the template for Electric cable designing - Using Auto CAD & Micro station.Planning & Set target to complete the project in each stage.

Planning, Organize & scheduling of Preventive Maintenance.Preparing working/ Operating Instruction, PM Checklist for all the Machines.Involved in Erection & commissioning of new machine on Plant extensionTrouble shooting & giving technical support to production department.
