Close Tastes From Far East was a documentary about Turkish and Japanese Cuisine. The project was brought to me by TRT and it was financialy supported by ABU (Asia Pacific Broadcasting Union). I have found a famous Turkish Chef in Japan/ Sendai and a Japanese chef in Turkey/ İstanbul. The documentary had two parts. First we did shooting in Sendai, where two chefs met, did shopping together, cooked traditional Japanese meals together and tasted them.
