- Lead and manage the day to day activities and responsibilities of Vodafone Turkey to deliver specific goals, ensuring agreed strategy, policies and business plans are implemented.- Maintain the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, supporting the EXCO team to build an effective and fit for purpose framework that supports decision making and effective management of risk across all areas of the business.- Responsible for ensuring the framework is appropriately implemented and embedded across the organisation, rules, and tools to allow implementation.- Responsible for working with risk owners with regulations, ISO certificates and projects risks to ensure Programme risk management is aligned with the wider enterprise risk management framework.- Lead the establishment and regular re-assessment of the top risks and opportunities to the business, engaging with the EXCO team and global as appropriate.- Monitor risk and communicate information to the relevant stakeholders to ensure the continued effectiveness of the technology’s risk management strategy Act as liaison to audit activities like IA- SOX- TTK – TCMB and ISO Certification (20000 & 50001 & 9001 & 10002 & 22301)-Managing , monitoring ISO 20000, 22301,10002, 9001 and ISO 50001 certifications to maintain certifications for VF Turkey

- Improving the framework of risk assessment and management to ensure that similar standards are applied throughout Kordsa and its subsidiaries- Improving Enterprise Risk Management processes, policies and procedures, ensuring the establishment of limits and compliance with them within the organization-Financializing risks through value at risk models, mainly Monte Carlo simulations- Coordinating risk identification and assessment processes throughout the company and its subsidiaries, supporting risk owners and risk officers in these processes as well as in the development of risk mitigation plans (consolidating organizational, financial and insurance solutions when applicable)- Coordination and monitoring of the reporting of risks within the organization- Ensuring that risk measurement and risk monitoring results are regularly and timely reported to the senior management, consolidating risk information by evaluating the accuracy, adequacy and consistency- Within scope of renewal and acquisition of new coverage, determining the scope of coverage that adequately covers Kordsa’s relevant operations both in Turkey and abroad, making requests to Brokers and/or insurance companies- Providing support to the senior management in the broker selection and authorization letter receipt processes- Coordinating claim management operations

- Global Risk Management of publicly listed international company- Drive establishment of the risk management process to support functions as they identify, assess, manage, mitigate, and monitor risks,- Define and implement best practices, policies and procedures for risk management; embed practices into the company,- Manage SAP implementation project of Enterprise Risk Management System- Develop, deploy, and evolve tools and systems (including frameworks, action plans, indicators/ thresholds, dashboards, and monitoring reports) in collaboration with risk owners and/ or other responsible,- Design, deploy, and manage a broader enterprise risk inventory and registry to identify and prioritize any emerging risks,- Provide thought partnership, risk analytics (e.g. return on Risk Mitigation investments), and recommendations around remediation, Risk Mitigation, or process improvement to the Management Board, management and functional leaders,- Consult and coordinate with other control-related functions (e.g. Internal Controls, Compliance Management and Internal Audit), and- Regularly communicate updates on risk management to the Management Board.

- Investigating any possible fraudulent activity within the organization in order to protect the company and its subsidiaries from the results and effects of illegal or improper conduct.- Assessing the facts of possible fraud cases and deciding on appropriate and consistent measures.- Sharing best practices for internal fraud prevention, detection and investigation.- Providing consultancy on compliance issues of all business units at all levels.- Conducting Fraud and Corruption Risk Assessment.- Monitoring and reporting of internal fraud to the Board.- Supporting complaint management.- Preparation of training materials and giving corporate wide trainings.

- Maintaining the processes of identifying, assessing, and controlling risks arising from operational factors and making decisions that balance risk costs with mission benefits.- Identifying risk mitigation activities.- Coordinating risk mitigation activities within the organization.

- Assurance Team Member of Coca-Cola Bottling Turkey, Coca Cola Bottling International (Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Jordan, Iraq and Syria), Efes Beer Turkey, Efes Beer International (Russia, Georgia, Ukraine) and Anadolu Group’s energy companies- Completion of full scope audits within the country and abroad (Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia); making data analyses and preparing final reports.- Review of operational efficiencies and effectiveness of group companies.- Identification of risk mitigating actions for improving controls, designing systems and procedures.- Interaction with high-level officers of the institutions on matters of policies and procedures.

- Financial assurance of the financial statements within a vast range of industry sectors such as production, investment management and service companies. - Participation in consolidation projects and preparation of financial reports and consolidation engagements for major companies of Turkey.
