As the Assessment and Evaluation Team, we work by analyzing data to increase the quality of the trainings organized by Yetkin Gençler, their impact and benefit on our students, and to improve the experience and performance of our team leaders in the process.

-Leading to 20 students team along their YetGen Basic Training journey for 12 weeks.-Leading to 25 teachers team along their 9 week YetGen Teachers Training Program. (11/23 - 01/24)

YetGen is a 14-week 21st Century Competencies Training Program where pieces of training such as Effective Presentation Techniques, Teamwork, Career Planning, Excel, Information / Media / Finance Literacy, Social Innovation, and GirişGen process have been organized.I am completing the assignments given during the Yetkin Gençler Education and Awareness Program, and learn to establish my enterprise with the focus of the UN Sustainable Development Goals within the GirişGen process.
