Depending on the requirements, injection molds can be manufactured for prototype production, small series and series production.Service : . Annual output: 300-350 sets prototypes- and serial tooling. Max. Mold Size : 2100x3200mm, up to 50 ton. Machining departments works 2 shifts per day. The lead time is around 4 weeks for the normal molds with pre-hardened steel . More than 120 master molds in various sizes are in our warehouse. Customer-specific tool inserts are built into these master molds, from which the injection molded parts are produced.4.Product development and designTo suit for the quickly changed market, we offer support for customers in new product design and project management, make sure a final success for the product from idea to market. We accompany our customers from the first contact to the construction of prototypes up to series production. Our experts are at your side at all times with extensive experience and know-how. 5.Injection MoldingWith our injection moulding machines, which has closing force from 80 to 2800 ton, we’re able to apply the mold testing and small series production in house.
