In June 2016, I joined C.Kandaswami Naidu College for Women, Cuddalore, Tamilnadu, India as an Assistant Professor in Tamil Department. Handling Post Graduate students of MA Tamil Literature. I Guided the MA project of 11 students. I am lecturing a non-departmental subject called “Public Speaking” for Post graduate students of Commerce. I am the Technical head of the Tamil Department & also in-charge of the Hospitality Department. At every stage, I have involved the students in different responsibilities so that they have hands-on experience in practicing what they have learned in Tamil literature in the form of event management, public speaking, hosting & organizing cultural events etc. to this date.

In June 2010 i joined Krishnasamy College of Science, Arts & Management for women, Cuddalore, Tamilnadu, India as an Assistant Professor in Tamil Department and also served as Staff secretary.

In July 2005 I joined as a Head of the Tamil Department in Subbalakshmi Lakshmipathy College of Science, Madurai, Tamilnadu, India. Framed the Syllabus for the Tamil Department of designed projects for 4th Semester Students. 179 students have done the Tamil Projects successfully under my guidance the students belong to other non majors. Made a revolutionary change in the department of HM&CS (Hotel Management & Catering Science) after which Tamil was a must basic Language of Learning. Played a major role in regulating the college Pantry where by native cultural health food was served. I also delivered a Special Lecture on Emotional Intelligence for MBA Students. Our college planned and conducted Management Development Programs for various other colleges & Associations in Madurai. In which, I trained the candidates on management based on Tamil Sangam literature.
