My parents arrived in NYC in the 70’s – difficult years for the city. And much like the city they adopted, which transformed and reinvented itself many times over, they showed me that it was possible to personally reinvent yourself. They cultivated my relentless curiosity of people and the world around me, as well as an independent spirit and appreciation for the unconventional. These qualities have shaped my career path, taking me from television production to vocational program design, to Talent Acquisition, and ultimately entrepreneurship. My problem-solving approach is integrative and holistic, drawing on both traditional and non-traditional tools like meditation and Taoism.With automation and AI driving radical changes, I believe that individuals need a fresh perspective to unleash their creativity and thrive through change.
