The project is a 'Holiday Retreat' located in Wye River, VIC 3234. Proposed two storied building comprise of two bedrooms, living area, dining area & kitchen, mini bar, television area that can be converted as the third bedroom, sanitary facilities and a viewing deck to enjoy the magnificent view of the pacific ocean.Performed duties and responsibilities are as follows:• Coordinated with the building contractor during the pre-design stage to plan and schedule construction activities, determining the details of the steel modular framework.• Conceptualized the building form and assessed the structural stability of the modular system using physical architectural models.• Prepared and delivered authority approval drawings to secure the building permit from Colac Otway Shire Council.• Coordinated with structural and MEP engineers, along with material suppliers, to deliver construction issue drawings and specifications.
