• Creation of both 2D and 3D CAD drawings in Solidworks models from physical samples or legacy 2D data then submit via PDM management workflow for internal approval.• Use of Solidworks PDM software to manage and maintain accurate CAD data.• Update drawing and 3D CAD file datacards in PDM.• Communicate with Support Engineers, Technical and Quality teams regarding new and revised drawings.• Communicate with vendors to make sure all required data available to create company drawings.• Provide CAD and drawing support as needed for other departments and regions.

• Work together with purchasing team follow supplier PPAP’s•Follow-up KPI’s and report quality metrics such as customer complaints, nonconformities, etc.•Tracking compliance of quality-process links with customers in line with the Quality Management system.•Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Controls Plans, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) processes.•Develop and provide appropriate quality management methods and tools for preventionand corrective actions (like FMEA, 7 Q-tools, Six Sigma,etc.).
