• Creation of both 2D and 3D CAD drawings in Solidworks models from physical samples or legacy 2D data then submit via PDM management workflow for internal approval.
• Use of Solidworks PDM software to manage and maintain accurate CAD data.
• Update drawing and 3D CAD file datacards in PDM.
• Communicate with Support Engineers, Technical and Quality teams regarding new and revised drawings.
• Communicate with vendors to make sure all required data available to create company drawings.
• Provide CAD and drawing support as needed for other departments and regions.

• Work together with purchasing team follow supplier PPAP’s
• Follow-up KPI’s and report quality metrics such as customer complaints, nonconformities, etc.
• Tracking compliance of quality-process links with customers in line with the Quality Management system.
• Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Controls Plans, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) processes.
• Develop and provide appropriate quality management methods and tools for preventionand corrective actions (like FMEA, 7 Q-tools, Six Sigma,etc.).
