In the company I started as a project engineer, I undertake tasks such as associating SAP activities with operational movements, identifying differences and missing points, taking actions to eliminate them, and preparing SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) documents for logistics processes. In addition, I carry out studies on monitoring the competence of robots performing in-plant material handling activities and making them efficient.

For different units; I perform tasks such as analysis of business processes, process development, process improvement, time study, 5S application and preparation of reports and documents for the production process.

Together with the consultants I assisted, I took part in the consultancy services of different companies in the fields of creating and documenting standards such as Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, Worker Health and Safety Management System, Chemical Management System, and increasing production efficiency and process improvement.

I started to work part-time in this company where I did my school's compulsory production internship after the internship was over. I took part in tasks such as analysis of business processes, creation and renewal of flow charts, development of Canias ERP software, development of ERP integrations for in-house programs, preparation of reports and documents for the production process, improvement studies in the production process.
