Currently Working in US Payroll Process for ADP.Work on more than 150+ clients (QuickBooks, Paycom, Paycor, Millinium, Paycheck Online,Ovation, Project Swift so on and so for)and deal with their Employees Data for providing final files for generating Payroll.For an EE joins in the Clients Organisation till his retirement or Termination everything is taken care by our process.The clients provides the data as per their convenient like it may be in PDF, Word,TXT, Excel) Readable non readable format we accept it and convert it into proper excel format and provide the final set of file to the clients.My day in and day out is we update all the EE' s information something like a Master Report the personal data of the clients ( First Name, Last Name, Gender Marital Status, Birth Date, Address,SSN etc.,Their Employment Information like ( Job Title, Department, Union Code, Location, Hire Date, Termination Date,Rehire Date, Leave of Absence Date and reasons for it as well.Deal with the pay cycle whether they are salary/Hourly EE, Paid Weekly, Monthly, Semimonthly or Biweekly.Whether the owe Standard Hours.Update the Deductions each one of them opted for like standard Ded's ( Medical, Dental, Vision)Voluntary Ded' s such as ( Life AD&D, Accident, Parking).Deal with Deffered Compensation plans (401k ,Roth etc)Update Direct Deposits - Account Number, Transit/ABA, Full or Partial Deposit, Checkings or Savings Account.once everything is set we update it into a tool called "WORKFORCE NOW" and from their the clients takes care of it.Also work on Additional tasks like if it comes for small changes after the EE is updated in clients database for example at the first time when the data was updated the EE martial Status was single and now he wants to change it to Married so we do those additional tasks as wellApart from this we work on the Balances data i mean the Earnings, Deductions and Taxes part of Clients.We calculate there Gross, Net Pay, Soc Security Tax, Medicare Tax, Federal Tax, State Tax, Local Tax and then we use a macro to generate the data and the Data is provided in a binary language format which we upload in main frames and then the payroll is generated for the client working in his company.Handle team in the absence of our TL.Take care of Assignment Adjustments.Responsible to block the Leave slots for the team based on their request.Part of project how to reduce the reworks and touch's.Part of team for encouraging Social Responsibility.
