Responsible for the revenue activities of SAIT Operations & Maintenance Training (O&M) by providing strategic level planning, sales and delivery. This position required the management of a senior sales team and implementation personel, a high degree of self-direction, the ability to set priorities and to be responsive to the demands of a broad range of stakeholders. Responsible for leading the development of the SAIT O&M strategic plan, operational business plan, budget and P&L.Major training and develpment projects sales, project management and delivery experience in a multi-cultural environment including: Asia, Middle East, Africa, North America and Latin America.Other Responsibilities Included:• Developing a strategic plan for SAIT O&M• Identify markets, product and services sold (or exited) by SAIT O&M• Utilize and oversee strategic project analysis in determining markets, products and services sold by SAIT O&M• Identify strategic opportunities and partnerships which should be pursued by SAIT O&M to improve business performance • Oversee SAIT O&M’s budgeting, tracking, reporting and financial processes and systems• Oversee, manage and provide direction to SAIT O&M staff• Oversee the development and documentation of procedures and processes that will improve operational integrity, the ability to achieve objectives and to realize strategic goals• Responsible for oversight of SAIT O&M contract development and the associated risk management process• Manages delivery of all of the department’s earned revenue activities including the initiating processing and tracking of all documentation including (but not limited to) the following: bids, proposal, estimates, staff contracts, outsourcing contracts, client databases, correspondence, and budgets
