I have years of experience in customer service in multiple positions ranging from retail to food service positions. One of these positions was at Ikea where I was tasked with assisting customers by answering any product questions they had and generating deliveries for them. This required knowledge of over 200 store products and the operation of the delivery booking software on a computer.I am currently a student enrolled at Brock University in the Psychology program and have gained a wide variety of knowledge about various fields within psychology as well as some experience doing assignments which were meant to replicate what someone working in the field of psychology might do for work. One of these assignments included analyzing a case study and then generating a diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan I would like to get a position related to the field of psychology and feel like I could have some success using the skills I have acquired from various jobs as well as well as my education. In the future I envision my self working as a counselor or doing research in either social or personality psychology or in the field of perception
