During the MSIB Kampus Merdeka at PT Agritama Sinergi Inovasi (AGAVI) in the Sales & Digital Marketing position assigned to the Borage Wellness Lab and Psyche Aromatic business unit (AGAVI's newest business unit), the following activities and achievement were accomplished :- create several business models (vpc, bmc, stp) for discussion needs in building the Borage Wellness Lab & Psyche Aromatic business unit.- benchmarking competitors in terms of social media and branding, marketing, and selling (BMS) - creation of moodborad for the presentation of Borage Wellness Lab & Psyche Aromatic social media content- social media strategy creation - creation of Instagram & TikTok social media accounts for Borage Wellness Lab & Psyche Aromatic business units- creation of calendar content from February-June for the Borage Wellness Lab & Psyche Aromatic brand, including planning, brief creation, and content creation process. - Borage Wellness Lab & Psyche Aromatic business unit's Instagram and TikTok social media management, successfully achieving Borage Wellness Lab Instagram Engagement Rate of 51.7% and Borage Wellness Lab TikTok Engagement Rate of 20.4%. Meanwhile, the Psyche Aromatic Instagram Engagement Rate was 11.9%, and the Psyche Aromatic TikTok was 22.6%. In addition, successfully created several FYP contents with more than 100 thousand viewers.- Planned and created a campaign for the promotion of Borage Wellness Lab's event- Insight analysis and evaluation
