He addresses the need to acknowledge, know, and bravely believe that the next steps are possible. He engages audiences knowing that there is strength and hope in their stories. He also loves learning. For the last 12 years Wilson has been leading change, facilitating, managing and developing youth to overcome adversity in their lives. Seneca has overcome many barriers in his life, and wants to provide young people with the necessary tools and skills for their success. He feels right at home in the company of curious minds and ambitious future leaders. In 2007, Wilson published his first book of poetry, Kind of a One, and in 2016, Wilson published his second book of poetry, Stairs to The Top.
