- Find all Suppliers that support for DNAK (Digby restaurant, Central Kitchen ) and Tunglok restaurant ( Singaporean Restaurant in Cambodia) for related to what companies need _ Make purchases order for all department of company - Market survey - Negotiate with Suppliers and do contract - Go to market to buy something when company need _ Do comparison price list _ Research Suppliers

• Manage stock for dry store and place the purchase order to supplier • Prepare the daily menu both English and Khmer for designer• Prepare the administrative and supporting document including request order form, receiving form, supplier list relevant paperwork• Coordinate with chef for new menu recipe and costing • Prepare and file the inventories and items with excel and POS system• Control costing and inventory • Report the breakage and spoilage on daily and monthly basis• Prepare the monthly inventory and report to Admin/ Accounting- Thalias• Manage stationery, inventory and other supplies • Place the purchase order to PLD and Supplies• Seek for quotation from various supplies for restaurant supply• Set up the menu and sub menu into the system • Prepare daily sale and monthly sale report to director

• Daily purchase order vegetables, meat, wine and dry store • Take minute for all meeting• Report the monthly / daily sales revenue • Coordinate with supplies and receiving goods with chef for check quality • Monitor office equipment, such as computers, printers, photocopiers to ensure that all are working well and properly maintained.• Make report daily receiving and paid out to Director • Responsible for the company's daily administration, procurement of office supplies, maintenance and supervision of the cleanliness of office environment• Liaise with legal affair and relevant departments for compliance with admin procedures• Assisting other duties assigned by general manager/director

Volunteer :-Write payment and receipt voucher-Entries data journal voucher into list in excel-Exchange money in the bank and request standard exchange rate sheet from bank for office-Check and cooperate with all department for request order -Pay bill to suppliers-Purchasing all kinds of material which related to NGO-Correspondent with supplier for quotation

-Posted Payment voucher and Sale report in to Peach tree-Check expense and sale report-Update sales report and refill file -Check petty cash expense from all branch before posted in to Peach tree-Accounting supporter
