• To lead the Value Stream Focused-Team in ensuring stability, continuous flow operation, and continuous improvement of standard value stream measures. The Team of direct/indirect cross-functional representatives includes manufacturing leaders, engineers, planners, and quality experts• Manage plant operations such as the execution of build plans and the maintenance of adequate production capacity by resolving and preventing diverse and complex issues. Ensure compliance with required training requirements and provide recommendations and assistance for workforce planning. Maintain inventory coverage and execute business objectives along with cross-functional teams• Identify value stream improvement opportunities and lead a cross-functional value stream focused team to improve standard value stream measurements. Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines while promoting and supporting Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives. Oversee the execution of many complex manufacturing projects, ensuring all planned outputs are delivered on time, within the scope, and according to the company's quality standards. In collaboration with cross-functional groups, identify and mitigate risks, develop alternative solutions, resolve issues, etc.• Assist in the development of business processes that relate to the responsibility area as a subject matter expert. In collaboration with stakeholders, define an efficient and effective business process workflow. Assessment of business requirements and development, proposal, and implementation of technology solutions to optimize business processes and systems• Responsibilities include keeping the manufacturing area's morale and culture high. Developing business acumen and business capabilities of members of the team.• Make sure all FDA quality manuals, GMP/QSR regulations, and ISO 13485 are complying. Maintaining compliance with regulations related to environmental, hygiene, and safety.

• Plan, coordinate, mobilize & deploy all available resources such as manpower, machines, and materials in meeting customer demand with highest quality, on-time delivery and at the optimum cost for the assigned shift.• Develop, recommend, and facilitate operational excellence initiatives to achieve excellence in output, utilization, quality, and cost.• Manage and lead all functions, such as manufacturing, engineering, manufacturing processes, and supply chain for achieving operational goals and KPIs.• Make sure that production issues are highlighted, escalated, & follow up with the appropriate functional groups.• Implement operating procedures, maintenance programs, quality standards, and safety regulations as per recognized quality standards.• Solve and handle equipment, quality, and line-related issues to minimize downtime.• Coach & motivate supervisors, line leaders to foster a high performing production team.• Maintain close communication with warehouse to ensure prompt delivery of material kits for production plans, as well as timely delivery of products to customers.• Implement strategies such as OEE, 6 Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.• Responsible for developing shop floor safety instructions and job analysis • Responsible for training and certification of production team members• Conducts performance reviews of employees

• Responsibility of knowledge transfer of process technology, scaling up and establish with improved manufacturing process for the assigned operations. • Identify, recommend, initiate, and implement programs to improve product cost, quality, service, safety, and environmental impact. This includes initiate and complete technical activities leading to new and improved products as to develop a knowledge and understanding of PPU (Products, process, and customers’ requirements). • Investigate quality issues, determine root cause, and implement solutions to resolve the issues. • Contribute to the development of proprietary processes/technology where appropriate and lead or participate in Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing projects to meet the operation imperatives.
