Thuy has over 20 years of experiences in Private Sector Partnerships, Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Agriculture Value Chain Development, specialized in providing technical assistance and business advisory services to agribusinesses, SMEs, and market actors in Cambodia. His professional abilities are included: 1- Business development services (BDS), 2- Livelihoods and value chain development, 3- Agribusiness and SMEs development and market linkages, 4- Private sector institute building and supports, and 5- Program and financial management. He designed strategic program for interventions on Agriculture Value Chains and Market System Development. Provided guidance and coordinated all component leads in forming commercial partnerships of buyers and agriculture suppliers and relevant market actors. Built capacity of SMEs on product development and market linkages to improve competitiveness; managed investment accelerator grants to incentivize investments and job creations. Earlier he served as Business Development Program Manager for USAID/ Cambodia Harvest. Worked as technical manager and management team on private sector partnerships, agriculture value chain and livelihoods development for international development organizations, including FAO, The Asia Foundation, ADB, SME Cambodia, and WCS.
