- Work with HR team and Production Manager to design staff development program and capacity trainings - including hard-skill and soft-skills - including internship program- Work closely with Project Manager team and Production Manager to support development of self-orgainising teams and actively measure the improvement of Agile / Scrum practises - Work with Sales team and Project Manager team for project schedule planning and development team assignment - Support project manager to setup trainings need assessments and organise trainings for project team development - Work closely with Quality Assurance team to define quality gate for product delivery - Set expectations for individuals and development teams for improving development skills - Oversee in-house innovations and internal project developments- Constantly report to Production Manager and Senior Management for progress of development department goals and the achievements - Focus on building cross-functional teams and look after the sustainability of the teams

- Project management with adoption of PRINCE2, partially PMP (Project Management Professional)- Work as Product Owner in development phase together with Scrum team to produce products that fit to purpose of customers - Work closely with Account Manager for up-selling new work packages and also speed up change request management - Work closely with Support team towards for better customer support and lesson learnt from the issues- Collaboratively working in PM team with PMO to create project checklists, processes and sharing as best practices - Work closely with senior supplier for efficient of project timeline and resource allocations - Work closely with Finance team and PMO for transparency project costs and profitability - Work together with project development team for trainings and capacity building for project development- Constantly and reliably report project status update to project board in Central Team meeting- Mentor for new project managers and actively contribute for building curriculum for project manager development plan- Work closely with HR for recruitment of new project managers

- Work together with Sales team for project estimations and technical proposals- Support with HR for development and measurement staff capacity - Support development teams in form of pair-working or taking-over complex tasks/ blocking issues- Provide trainings for project team development prior to start of project

- Develop team goal to meet company's strategic priorities - Design training curriculums for on boarding new staffs - Support and motivate individuals for personal development and concern resolution - Promote training and mentoring program for internal company for continuous staff improvement - Promote for ideas sharing and in-house innovation- Set expectations in the team for code quality - Work with HR to staff / intern recruitment

- Integration medium and enterprise websites into TYPO3 Content Management- Develop TYPO3 extensions, plugins, modules and services to output various functionalities and features- Upgrading TYPO3 websites to minor or LTS version- Other custom made JavaScript applications and web services

- Training and setting up exams for Microsoft Office courses by using International Computer Driving License (ICDL) materials. - Installation and maintenance computers and software

- Training and setting up the exams for Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access- Training basic Internet and Email Courses- Training basic Computer Maintenance
