For over 30 years, I have steered organizations through complex business challenges involving corporate strategy, marketing, and finance.As a consultant to airlines and investors, I have guided leaders through decisions regarding route network, marketing strategy and fleet selection. As an expert witness on airline economics, I have testified in support of multi-million-dollar damages awards relating to airline strategy and aircraft lease deals. Over a 30-year consulting career, I have held a variety of leadership positions, including head of ICF’s Aviation practice for many years, and leader of ICF’s Innovation Function.I bring my passion for teaching into the classroom at Boston University, Boston College and Dartmouth, where I teach MBA courses on pricing strategy, customer analytics and executive communication.Outside of work, I discuss Pokémon with my eight-year-old son, surprise myself in Crossfit, and cherish the beauty of Cape Cod salt marshes, where I spend as much time as I can.
